VBCA hold 3 General Meetings (GM) each year in March, June/July, and November. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) precedes the March GM each year. Meetings are held at the Valla Beach Community Hall which is adjacent to the Valla Preschool in Valla Beach Road.

The Annual General Meeting includes the election of officers for our Executive Committee for 2026/2027 together with the nomination and election of our various sub committee members, followed by our current sub committee reports.
The General Meeting will provide updates on various subjects put forward at our June Meeting including speed mitigation along Valla Beach Road near the Preschool and shops, our fundraising for a future new Community Hall, footbridge access east and west, and more.

All members of the community are invited to attend our meetings. Come along and help us decide on the priorities for our fabulous communities, both Valla Beach and Valla (rural).
