VBCA hold 3 General Meetings (GM) each year in March, June/July, and November. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) precedes the March GM each year. Meetings are held at the Valla Beach Community Hall which is adjacent to the Valla Preschool in Valla Beach Road.

Valla Beach Association - Annual General Meeting & General Meeting
Valla Beach Hall (Valla Beach Road, next to the Pre School), 7pm
All members of the community are invited to attend our meetings. Come along and help us decide on the priorities for our fabulous communities, both Valla Beach and Valla (rural).
Our next Meeting will be our AGM followed by a General Meeting to be held on Monday 17th November at our Community Hall commencing at 7pm. The Annual General Meeting Agenda includes the election of officers for our Executive Committee for 2025/2026 together with the nomination and election of our various sub committee members, followed by our current sub committee reports.
The General Meeting Agenda includes any further updates from TfNSW regarding our intersection, possible Hall extension project, Dogs and 4WDs on beaches, proposed Langsford Way development and more …
