Proposed Development of land in Langsford Way (Valla Beach 2448)

The VBCA is a Sec 355 Committee of Management of Nambucca Valley Council and one of our remits is to allow the members of our community to raise any topic for discussion at our public meetings. It is important for people to have a forum to air their concerns, usually in the presence of Council staff and Councillors.

However, we are not in a position to advocate for or promote policies that are not Council policies. It is one of our duties to provide information so that people can make informed decisions.

With that in mind, there will be a notice board at our Market Office for this coming Saturday’s Community Market (December 6th 2025) with some information being made available about this particular development, its location, what may be built there, some suggested/objection points and also some addresses to whom residents might like to write with their own thoughts, suggestions, objections, etc.

There are many different views on this issue and it is worth considering the views of others respectfully.
